Psychosomatic Therapy

Psychosomatic Therapy is a personalised therapy conducted through  analysis and a deep understanding of the Psycho (mind) Somatic (body) connection and the way in which they work together to create a person’s  approach to and experience in the world.  Through Psychosomatic Therapy an individual is able to, in a caring and supported  atmosphere, delve into and release unresolved personal “stories” or thought forms, issues and events/ traumas to gain access to one’s  deeper and true self.

Our physical body is a result of our thought forms, beliefs, experiences and conditioning. We are able to determine how we are living in the world by looking at our  body  posture, how our bones have grown, the muscle and weight distribution throughout our body and even right down to our skin type and eye colour.

Psychosomatic Therapy provides the individual with a diagnosis of their current physical, emotional and mental state through reading the  face, hands, feet and body and bringing issues into conscious awareness. Often just the analysis itself will begin to shift energy blockages simply by the person merely acknowledging them. This analysis is then coupled with emotional/energetic release bodywork from a trained therapist to enable release of these emotions, thought patterns or traumas at a cellular level thereby promoting deep healing, allowing for true soul expression and leading the person towards a life of meaningful empowerment, contentment and joy.

Psychosomatic Therapy may be used as a therapy on its own or in conjunction with other therapies and practices such as Acupressure, Acupuncture, Craniosacral Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Reflexology, Kinesiology, Physiotherapy, Yoga and Tai Chi.”
